Fixing my game

Hello everyone,
I am trying to come back to grinding. My bankroll is just 100 buyins for microstakes and Im playing turbo mtt sngos. Atm I cant afford any coachings nor software, however I still have HM2.
Can anyone give me some tips how can I improve my game using HM2 tracker... What would be the first thing to check playing turbos. I want to find my biggest leaks and improve them one at a time, however Im drowning in the sea of information that HM2 offers.
Any help , tips will be appreciated.
