Hello, my name is Andrew, I am a 19 year old University student living in Manchester. I have been playing poker from a young age, and of course properly since I turned 18. I am looking for something more specific than others; what I would like is a coach/mentor with vast poker experience who lives relatively near me, so in the North West of England. Why do I want this? Because I'm looking for more than just a coach, I'm looking more for a mentor who can do more than just provide lessons over the internet. I want to be able to interact in person as I believe I will benefit more this way.

A bit about my poker. I'm here because of the realisation that I am actually doing ok in poker and that I may be able to make a real go of it. Below are some of the reasons why I think this, and I can prove all of this if you ask me privately.
- The first online tournament I ever played was a $1.50 buy in 222 player field, which I WON. I went on to final table my 3rd ever online tournament the next day.
- The first time I ever played a live tournament I finished 2nd/65 players.
- I recently played a $109 buy in live tournament where I finished 6th/577 for $2000.
- I have turned my attention more to online cash games recently, playing $100NL. In the last 4 weeks I have made $2500 profit playing this game.


So basically I am making money, but more than that I actually feel like I could excel if I just had the right guidance. So if you think you can help then please do let me know : )
