Average player looking to become a serious player, seeking coach

First time posting here in these wonderful lands. I would like to become a quality poker player. I though realize I am in need of help with this, as none of my friends are as passionate about the game. I know my biggest problem has been discipline. In saying this, I am wanting to turn weakness into strength. My screen name is my poker name on Party Poker, where I like to play most often.

I would like to find someone that can help me grow my game to a level I can play in higher then low level stake games without fear of ruins.

Nothing in life is free. So I wouldn't expect anything different here. If you are serious in helping, I will be serious in coming up with ways to show my appreciation. Ie Cash speaks. Whether that is percentages of tourney winnings, or a flat rate fee. We can discuss these privately.

I am tired of what seemingly bad beats. When ultimately its bad decision making on my behalf. Not a rigged system, or any other stupid blame one likes to come up with. I have always done well in home games, yet transitioning to bigger games has been problematic. Just yesterday at the $100 tourney game I find myself with broadway, and the guy turns a straight flush. Ouch. Like ouch. Then after busting that went to the 1/2 blinds put down a hundy, my turn for nut flush! Im in the money! Rivered boat laughs and sinks that dream.

After steaming it off today, I have decided that its time to fix the leaks in my game, and looking to find an experienced poker mind to help me navigate this wonderful game.

In saying all this, I am not looking for a "quick fix". Ie I don't expect to be a nosebleed player tomorrow or next week, no matter how lovely that dream maybe. I simply want to be able to play quality poker till the day I day. I am not old, nor all that young, 31 currently. So lots of great games to be had.

I thank all who take time in there busy schedule to look this over and offer insights. Will not fall on deaf ears!

Cheers and May the cards fall in your favor!
