I think you can easy fold to his shove. He probably have it here. He is also 3bettin you pre.

Yeah the BU and CO play in 6max is very agressive. Both of you have wide range here

Probably checkcall is fine line here on the flop.

I´m not a cash game player either. However, once you decide to raise, you have to call because of pot odds, even if this were a tournament, where they are ICM considerations.. On the flop, IMO, you are not deep enough to flat call, so the only choice is between raising and calling or raising all in.
