50NL-Full Ring. I am looking for someone to maybe evaluate some of my statistics. I understand that stats only tell a part of the picture, but I feel there should be some very glaring issues in my numbers that should pop out to someone with experience. A couple of important notes I should disclose:

I only recently began really trying to transform from a recreational player to a consistent winner, so my sample size is small (15k or so since March 1); however, I think some numbers may still show some issues with my game this early on. My plan was to put in some solid volume at this level for the month of March (50k hands), and move up liberally through the lower levels. For the sake of getting the volume in that I want, all of these hands are at Rush Poker, as this is more suitable for me than multi-tabling on my laptop. Primary concerns are with my non-showdown game and aggression factor street by street.

I have never had a coach and am unsure of what sort of arrangements are standard, but at this point I am just looking for some specific advice, strictly short term. I'm very committed to this and have a flexible schedule. Any takers please PM.

Looking for NL100 FR Coach. Moved from NL25 to NL100.. I guess i have some major leaks and i need some sessions with a good teacher. So far i have played 20k hands in NL100 and it seems horrible .. so much 3betting, dont know what to do against those "Loose" 3bets, so i start to 4b bluff and tilt etc ...

At the moment biggest problem seems to be "non-sd" winnings .. Almost all th cbets i make are being raised, or they float 2 streets etc ..

Passed nl50 coz it seemed to be so nity and "rigged for me "
NL25 winrate was smth like 6-8bb/100

seriously, you may need to put more details in here such as whether this is HU, 6 max, FR?? What standard the players are at (ie whether the coach is to be used for multiple stakes such as 5nl,50nl,200nl,400nl etc etc??) and also how you want the coaching to be done? is it 100 hours of one on one coaching? or do yo want to split it up into groups and do 10 1 hour sessions with 10 people all listening in?

POKER HISTORY
Started playing poker while I was in college. Paid for most of my entertainment while in college being a 'bonus whore'. While bonus whoring I learned a lot about micro-stakes cash games. Was a successful bonus whore as well as profitable from the poker aspect of it. Once I graduated from college, I started a career and had little time for online poker. I mainly played B&M ranging from $8/$16 limit to MTTs $50-$500. Biggest live accomplishment was a $14k and change 2nd place in a Heartland Tour event. Currently I am playing MTTs from $3.30-$26 online and feel that I have lost something with today's online poker.

POKER STRUGGLES
Weakest part of my game seems to be middle tournament play. Seem to be fine early tournament play usually doubling up early with a big hand. However, I cannot seem to either A-Keep generating chips in the middle B-Take a nasty beat and tilt myself out of a tourney or C-Get blinded out

WHAT I HAVE TO OFFER
I am willing to pay for a bulk of hours ~6-10 or what I believe is a better payment that shows I am learning and you are coaching properly is a share of my winnings. Cut something like 85/15 80/20. Looking for a 3-4 month coaching experience so we can form a good working relationship.

COACHING TOOLS
Would like to use Skype whenever possible for coaching. Feels more formal than IM. Also would be interested in Teamviewer. I do run PT3 and feel going over things in there would be a great help. Open to any other tools we could use to provide the best possible coaching!

WHAT I EXPECT
I expect a coach to actually be a coach and not some 'baller' to tell me how it is. I receive constructive criticism well and expect it. I would like my coach to form a business relationship with me. I expect my coach to be a profitable MTT at or above the level I am currently playing. Finally I am looking for a coach whom I respect and whom will respect me.

I think I have considerable flaws in my game and would like a coach who
-Is a reg on 18 man and plays at least as high as $38 or mixes 16-60 or higher
-Knows massive multitabling
-Has good results over huge sample
-Is able to teach and tell true relevant things
-Can go beyond obvious ICM when needed. I can do ICM myself so that's not what this is about.

This is how it's gonna work:
-I record a session of mass multitabling and comment on my train of thought etc.
-I send video to coach.
-Coach watches the content and gives me a relevant report.
I'll pay what'll be agreed on. Not anything huge but enough to cover your time. This process is repeatable if required, which isn't improbable.

Short about me: I'm a winning player, I have approx 6K games of 18man experience (and another 20k games in 9man). I'm neither great nor terrible.
