A bit about me: I have played professional poker since 05'. i made a lot of money from 05 - 09 mostly in tournies and sng, with a nice 45% rake back deal with FTP, on top of every other incentive they offered, had a sweet affiliate i can only be thankful for that

I've played in some big cash games during that time. ive played 25/50(very limited) but during those years without a doubt i made a fair chunk in cash. i have had 10 buyins on a 10/20 table pry a handful of times poker was so easy back then and i took it for granted

I know i spewed hard at times in cash though to. I can suffer from fancy play syndrome, where it really dont make sense to do so. slow playing at wrong times, or more so just not betting properly in regard to pot size, over betting pots by huge amounts at times to, simply hoping it will work. "O lets try betting 4x the pot to fold out 80% of his range, that makes sense." that kind of thinking.

I want to start learning good, solid, fundamental poker and sticking it to donks, in tournies, sngs, cash, every one. I want to get my poker brain on track.

there was a period pry around 2010 where games started getting harder and i noticed my SNG roi dropping and I never adjusted. I was merely making a small fraction of what I had in previous years(like 2010ish to 2012ish were pretty weak results wise for me). That was when i started buckling down a bit and at least studying(ICM calcs, books, forums, videos, whatever, but a lot of ICM calc which help immensely when u grind SNGS)

So that certainly helped. I got better but still need a lot of improvement. My "leak"(perhaps) has always been i focused more on table count than I did quality of play. It has lead to a lot of bonuses, rakeback etc but I need a transition to become a true beast on the felt. I dont want to break even any longer and rely on bonuses, I want to beat the games, I want to out play my opponents.

To bring whoever reads this up to speed, I am still making money in sngs(mostly sngs) and some mtt, still making it as a pro, but again, im ready for that next step. What i really want to get better at is post flop. preflop ranges are certainly important but post flop is where the money is made.

I don't know precisely what kind of coach I am seeking whether it is cash, sng, or tournies. Again, my play right now is mostly sng but i want to become more rounded and perhaps cash play is more suitable to find that roundedness. Cash play can transition into tourney play and sng play better than SNG/mtt can transition into cash play(perhaps debatable but thats how i feel, especially tourneys with good structure where a lot of postflop things happen)

At this point i am looking for someone who is going to fix my postflop fundamentals. im not sure I should shout out an hourly price, perhaps it will be better to hear some ppl out/look at their results/do a trial session and see how i feel.

I will be eager to learn and listen, if you feel you are that coach please PM me. one last thing i forgot to mention is that I certainly want to be able to review each coaching session, so however that would work. I for sure want a "hard copy" of each lesson so i can always fall back on it

My name is TJ. I played before black friday and my goal was to make poker my career. I was playing 30 hours a week ontop of having a full time job. I was getting lessons twice a week and really trying to be the best I could be (was winning at nl50 putting in about 20k hands a week and about to move up to nl100 and then..black friday).After black friday I was scared to put more money online. I was getting married soon so I had to suck it up and just stay with a full time job but this year my wife is letting me go back to my dream of playing poker for a living. I only work one day a week now to have the other 6 days fully devoted to poker. Its a bit longer of a summary than you wanted but I feel like I needed to share it. I am a very dedicated and hard working individual. Whatever you want me to do, I will do. I currently am studying mondays and tuesdays about 5+ hours and the rest of the week I am grinding. If you choose me, I PROMISE you will not be let down. I will work harder than any other student you have and you'll be able to show all other potential students what you can really do with your teaching.

My main goals:
1. I want to make enough to support my wife and I fully from poker.
2. Eventually be able to play the highest stakes I can go. I want to be the best player I can.

What I'm looking for:
1. Coaching for profit agreement (I can't afford to pay the big rates the higher coaches deserve to be paid so I feel we both would benefit more from this)
2. I will be playing 6max, BUT, I would like to end up playing HU when I am rolled higher up. That is a preference and not a mandatory thing I am looking for. HU would be a plus =P
3. I would rather have a higher winrate then playing for rakeback - this being said I still plan on putting around 100k hands a month(atm I have been studying more often than playing so thats why my hands are at around 50k this month). I normally play around 12 tables atm (Not enough tables running on the site to be playing more than that really)
4. I would assume 1 hour a week at minimum of coaching and given homework for next session.
5. I want someone preferably that plays for a living also. But if you are a great player it still works =P, Just please have a big sample size

i play online poker on some sites in iran that people there always buy-in for 20bb so the game is casual.what im askin is what is the best strategy to play in these situations,they are pokermavens-based sites i cant use a tracker in these sites..players there are insanly wide and alot of time they tend to call with some hands like 85 to crack hands like aa..so most of the times my legitimate hands gets crushed by trash hands and im desprate and because most of them are on short stacks nothing is left to do no plaing no bluffing no float and bluffing on other streets?...what should i do then?should i be happy because that im playing against the maniac or i should stop playing ...im willing to get a live streaming coachin on skype even for half an our...

Need coach for deep stack/slow poker. 1 example: sng with 1500 chips start stack and 10/20 chips sb/bb for h2h/2-man table.

Also, would be for large, slow mtt tournaments when the chips stacks merge toward the final stages and there are very large stacks, but the sb/bb have not increased much.

2 examples:
large mtt, was 3 left, 2 paid, and guy went all-in pre-flop, called with 99, they had jj and lost.

sng, h2h, was about 3-1 chip lead, lost all-in with k7o (or something) they had ax; then, all-in later 35s, chips about even, the other guy had ax again and won again.

There are many other examples where things were OK, or 'good', but would like to know how to eliminate/reduce these 'bad' situations.

OK, if no one wants to 'coach', then maybe a link or something for more information.
