I am presently looking for a bankroll manager/ advisor for me and a partner of mine. We play 3/6 fixed limit holdem and have a profit sharing agreement where we play on different sites and split our profits weekly to cut down on variance.

The problem is we are not splitting profits cause it is not going very well for either one of us. We usually end up tilting or play to long which in turn causes us to lose our profits. We are looking for someone to set up bankroll guidelines, length of time playing, when to stop or change tables. I believe someone from the outside watching us without any emotional outbursts do to playing will help us immensely. Coaching could also be something of interest to us. I am open to a percentage of our winnings or a fixed amount every week.

currently took my second shot at nl50 and for the second time i have ended up 6bis down over- smallish sample sizes. been a small winner at nl20, but due to rakeback have been able to move up, gotta love ipoker!!

I dont mind sweat sessions, but open to other ways in improving, ie theory or hand history reviews,

weaknesses are,
3bet pots- get 3betted a ton at nl50 compared to nl20, and i struggle to adapt
tilt- getting constant 3betted, eventually makes me spew
hand reading- im getting much better at this, but always can improve
cbetting, my cbet stat is only like 55% over 100k hands, this seems very very low

Hi. I'm new to the forum, but have been playing the game for a couple of years now. I have no interest in ring games, at least not at this point. I have a difficult time transitioning from SnG or MTT strategy and adjusting at ring games. As previously stated, I am primarily a SnG and MTT player. I should rephrase that. I used to focus solely on SnG's but am trying to make the transition to MTT's. I have had good success running to the middle of MTT's with a solid chip stack, but I have been unable to get beyond the first few payout levels in any event that I have cashed. I play on Pokerstars, and have had good success at their Multi Table SnG's, but these games generally end at about the point in the blinds where I begin having difficulty in MTT's. I think that there are times where I get too tight, and then there are times where I play too aggressively. I simply haven't been able to find a niche to help me get over the top. I have grown bored with SnG's, and would like to play MTT's exclusively. As I am just learning, I am playing every $1.10 $2000 guaruntee that I can find on Pokerstars.
