Hello 2+2 community!! I barely found thread which may be related to my wishes,but still unsure,so... Anyway i need to put it somewhere and be taken by "angel soul" , "destiny" or whatever anyone would call.. I introduce myself:
I am relatively new poker player.I turned 18 few weeks ago (but studied poker before). I don't even know,how this forum is going and what relationships between poker players are and so on.. i would say i am seeing myself now as the ultimate beginner and childish innocent face in mysterious place i dont know what to expect.. After reading only one cash game book "Treat your poker like a business" by Dusty Schmidt i finally decided to find at least one poker player in the world ,who would spare my point of view of any illusions and be very kind to me as a new innocent player and help me to become successful.
As my few weeks progress , i have deposited 30€ into Pokerstars and started to play cash games 6-max, where i stay untill now and wont change it. I tried many forms of poker such as zoom , full ring and SNGs and tourneys (also in the past playing underage,but under my parents agreement and their personal data) . I feel very comfortable in cash games 6-max ,where i want to become winning player.
However , my graph is looking totally horrible and i lost 1/3 of my bankroll yesterday with another few % of my bad bankroll management invested into a bit more expensive tourneys. My record was 126€ yesterday , but now i am standing at almost 60€ , which is only +30€ profit and my overall rate is 0,4€/hour , which is one of the worst salaries can be even made..I know how to work with Bankroll Management,but yesterday i surely overfelt it.
A bit of my real life situation and i will put my graph after that :
I will have final exam this school year ,which means i have no job and so on.. I want to take opportunity in online poker to make living by playing poker as soon as possible after i finish my final exam. Of course!, i want to try apply to a job i wanted (i study digital graphic design , so some kind of this job), but overall i dont want to stay in job,because average salary to worked hours ratio are horrible in our country (Slovakia) , which is around 2,5€/hour for hard manual-work (even if my kind of job would be a bit more passive than manual)..
I found my golden way to start my online poker career and see what am i capable of, so my 60€ bankroll is all i have and my current life situation should convince most of you i want to become successful poker player and i dont want to have winnings only from fish, i want to prove that my brain is able to beat even regs and better players. But to reach my dream i need someone, who is carefully reading my post and fully understand what i want and will help to do it..
So once again , if in this forum and world is one kind soul,which would take me to his wings and teach me , "How to play online poker" , i would be very very grateful to him for making my life much more enjoyable and in addition,that person would automatically become my "virtual" friend,because i suppose we would be in daily contact. Oh, i forgot to mention one thing - In my whole life i have been enlightened and accompanied by Boardgames,card games and many social games.. I proved to myself on one website with online boardgames consisting of 100K players that i can be in top , because i have the player soul.. Poker is too social and card game , so i want to dominate it, not playing it for cash.. Being big and succesful player in poker is first priority, money will suddenly come after, so its second priority.
So here we go, this is my graph through HEM2 and how i went down because of my stupidity + bad variance.. I seriously feel i need to improve , because i wont be able even to crush 0,02$/0,05$
